SILO STORAGE
THE SYSTEMS
Our storage system allow for the bottles to be transported, stored and reinserted into the production line when they are ready. They are tested and proven to store the lightest bottles in the market, without any damages.
BOTTLE SILOS
The system has a modular design for a quick-installation and to be cost effective. They are equipped with internal static and dynamic pressure protection.
Both technical and observation methods are used to assure that each Silo installation provides our customer with a damage-free bottle and, an optional pressurizing system, eliminates all possibilities of product contamination.
- Loading System: A Bulk Conveyor System transports bottles from the Blow Molder or Labeler’s out feed to the Silo Storage Area.
- Storage System: The modular design allows the capacity to be increased by adding modules to match future production requirements.
- Unloading System: A Conveyor System receives the bottles from the Silo(s) and transports them toward the filling line/unscrambler.
- Loading System: A Bulk Conveyor System transports bottles from the Blow Molder or Labeler’s out feed to the Silo Storage Area.
- Storage System: The modular design allows the capacity to be increased by adding modules to match future production requirements.
- Unloading System: A Conveyor System receives the bottles from the Silo(s) and transports them toward the filling line/unscrambler. The quantity of bottles removed from the Silo(s) is according to the filling line’s demand.
